In order to be accepted as a SOCRATES exchange student, you must be a student of a partner university which has signed a SOCRATES Bilateral Agreement with Politechnika Krakowska.

The candidates are requested to complete the Application Form for Incoming Students and return it together with two photographs to the SOCRATES office at Politechnika Krakowska.

The deadlines for returning the completed Application Form are as follows:

30 May - for the winter semester of the following academic year
30 October - for the spring semester of the following academic year.

Please note that in order to be guaranteed accommodation in one of our students' halls of residence you should contact the SOCRATES office at Politechnika Krakowska before 30 May regardless of whether you are planning to commence your study period at our university in the winter or spring semester of the following academic year.
